MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Two men led police on a chase after ramming a squad car at a Westwood gas station, the Memphis Police Department said.

At 7:00 Tuesday night, MPD said, officers working with law enforcement partners tried to arrest two men at a gas station at Horn Lake Rd. and Third Street in Westwood. Police said the men were at a gas pump in a stolen car; when officers tried to detain them, they rammed a cruiser and drove off, nearly hitting officers.

Officers said they pursued the men to the area of Rasco Hill near Horn Lake Rd., where they got out of the car and ran. Memphis Police said Southaven officers have arrived, and one person has been detained.
