National-level changes regarding COVID-19 vaccines bring questions — are they necessary for continued protection, who is eligible and who is not, who must pay and who gets the shot for free — and make finding valid information a challenge.

The Herald-Times, after reviewing conflicting news reports that have left people baffled and without valid information, contacted the Monroe County Health Department for the latest.
