An Upper Darby man has been charged with crashing his car at 100 mph into another motorist while high on THC in Newtown Township in July.
Terrance Weh, 28, of the 200 block of Beverly Boulevard was charged by township police Friday with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence as well as related charges in the July 14th death of Marcellinue Madu of Philadelphia in the 3500 block of West Chester Pike.
According to a press release from Newtown Township police:
About 7 a.m. Newtown Square Fire Company, Riddle EMS and Marple EMS were called for the crash involving two vehicles.
Officers arrived to find a 2017 Mitsubishi driven by Madu, and a 2015 BMW driven by Weh heavily damaged by the crash. Madu was trapped in his vehicle and was declared deceased at the scene while Weh w
