GARNER, N.C. (WTVD) -- Authorities are investigating after a high-speed chase spanning two counties ended in a crash in Wake County.

The crash happened on Jones Sausage Road at Auburn Church Road.

Authorities say the crash, which involved at least three vehicles, occurred following a vehicle pursuit that started in Johnston County.

Troopers said the suspect and one other person are being treated for minor injuries.

One person was taken into custody.
