JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Valley News Live) - A Jamestown man is facing a felony charge after court documents say he had a 17-year-old in his bedroom when police arrived on scene.
Police were called just after 11:00 P.M. on September 4 by a woman who said that her husband, 50-year-old Johnathan Wiebenga, had been sleeping with a 17-year-old. She said that the victim was currently in Wiebenga’s bedroom.
The caller indicated that she didn’t want to give an address. Officers then heard a man say, “Who are you talking to?” before an argument ensued, followed by a banging noise, and the line being disconnected. Officers found an address associated with the number and went to the scene at 1600 11th Avenue NE.
When they knocked on the door, Wiebenga answered. They asked if anyone else was in the house
