BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - Dickinson State football has won 27 conference titles and earned 19 national playoff appearances in its 100 years of existence.
The Blue Hawks most recently won 10 straight North Star Conference championships before moving into the Frontier Conference this season. However, the program had to be built from the ground up just like anything else.
The Blue Hawks’ program was built on a pedigree of blue collar work ethic that still lingers today.
“I’m really proud of the coaching staff that we’ve had and what they’ve done over the years,” former Dickinson State player Milo Dullum said. “It made it exciting for Dickinson.”
