CAVE SPRING, Va. (WDBJ) - No injuries were reported in a house fire Saturday, September 6, according to Roanoke County Fire and Rescue.
Roanoke County Fire and Rescue responded at 4:35 p.m. to reports of smoke on the 5900 block of Garner Road, where smoke was coming from a wood frame structure.
The fire was extinguished within seven minutes, according to Roanoke County Fire and Rescue.
The house was uninhabited with no occupants at the time, according to firefighters.
Firefighters say no one was displaced, and there were no injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by The Roanoke County Fire Marshal’s Office.
