EASTPORT, Maine (WABI) - For the last few days the people of Eastport have said ahoy to visitors as the town continues a swashbuckling tradition.

The Eastport Pirate Festival returned on Thursday and continues through Sunday.

Saturday saw a Pirate Parade, live music, food trucks, games and much more.

The Festival, now in it’s 20th year, brings in Buccaneers from all over.

“The Eastport Pirate Festival brings people from all over the United States. People travel here, they follow the pirate festivals in different areas. Eastport is one of the biggest ones that they have. It really helps us at the end of the season, brings a lot of people into our little town. Everybody loves it and enjoys it and has a good time,” said Janna Harris, owner of Eastport Windjammers.
