TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - The family of Daydrian Raymond Brown, a Tucson teen shot at a house party in July, held a celebration of life event in his honor Saturday, Sept. 6.

It’s been two months since the 15-year-old was killed during the early morning hours of July 6. Brown’s family had been demanding answers since then, putting up fliers around town requesting information in exchange for a reward.

On Friday, the Tucson Police Department confirmed that 20-year-old Katraun Devon McLendon was arrested in connection with the murder.

Daydrian’s mom, Dahlia, said she was shocked getting the news.
