OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - An accident was determined to be the cause of a house fire in South Omaha Saturday night.

An Omaha Fire Department report says crews responded to the home near 21st and Arbor streets just before 10:45 p.m. Saturday.

Once on the scene, the fire was extinguished quickly.

OFD says no one was in the home a the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported.

The cause was determined to be a work light being placed too close to combustibles.

Damages to the home are estimated at $18,500.
