BRADDOCK, N.D. (KFYR) - We often forget what it takes to bring food to our tables. In the small town of Braddock, they’ve been celebrating and honoring agriculture and the effort it takes to harvest crops for 50 years with the South Central Threshing Association’s Threshing Bee & Antique Show.
The antique machinery shown off during the event’s parade is a blast from the past.
The first South Central Threshing Association’s Threshing Bee & Antique Show took place in the fall of 1975 and began as a small community event to commemorate America’s bicentennial.
50 years later, the show has grown into a large celebration of agriculture.
