A fire that broke out on the third floor of a mixed-use building has rendered the structure temporarily uninhabitable, West Hartford Fire Department officials said Sunday.
According to Deputy Chief Neal Sinatro, a fire on the third floor 798 Farmington Avenue was reported at 2:59 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.
“Upon arrival, fire personnel observed a light smoke condition emanating from a third-floor window of a mixed-use building. Firefighters quickly located and extinguished a small fire on the third floor,” Sinatro said in an email.
