After three consecutive months having the most entries in the top 10 for Headline Homes, Davidson County was outsold by Williamson County handily in August. Seven of the top 10, including each of the top four sales, landed in Williamson.

This month's top seller by nearly $3 million was a $9.2 million purchase in Franklin. Located on West Harpeth Road, the home sports an infinity pool, a putting green and an outdoor basketball court.

Interestingly, our 10th-place entry, a $4.5 million purchase, is located just a few houses removed from the top residence and on the same street. Both were purchased by West Harpeth Road Trust on the same day.
