The for-sale Midtown property home to musician Zac Brown’s recording studio, Southern Ground Nashville, has seen its asking price reduced $3.5 million, with the studio equipment no longer also part of the listing.
As the Post reported in April 2020, the property and the studio equipment were originally offered for $10 million (read here ). Now, the equipment has been removed from the listing and the property, with an address of 114- 116 17th Ave. S. , is listed for $6.5 million.
Brown — who paid $900,000 for the two-parcel 0.32-acre property via an LLC in March 2012, according to Metro records — also has modified the listing.
