Impaired Driver

On Sept. 6 at 12:27 a.m., Belleville Police conducted a traffic stop. Officers spoke

with the driver who was observed to be impaired. As a result of the investigation,

Landon Galvin, 21-year-old Prince Edward County man, was arrested and charged with

Operation while impaired – alcohol and Operation while impaired – blood alcohol

concentration over 80mg.

He was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court in October.

Assault

On Sept. 6 at approximately 1:15 p.m., Belleville Police responded to a report of a
