CONNECTICUT (WTNH ) — A salmonella outbreak, that has affected at least one person in Connecticut, was linked to home delivery meals, according to the Center for Disease Control.

Certain home delivery meals made by Metabolic Meals delivered the week of July 28 have been linked to the outbreak.

At least 16 people in 10 states, including one in Connecticut, have reported symptoms of salmonella, the CDC said.

Seven people have been hospitalized.
