9:00 a.m.: Vandalism was reported on 10th Avenue W. A window was broken.

2:34 p.m.: A broken window was reported at US Bank on Second Street W. The damage was reportedly due to construction on Third Avenue W.

8:06 p.m.: Keshia Buffalo, 32, of Rapid City, S.D., was arrested on Fourth Street W for a Dickinson city warrant for Failure to Appear – Driving Under Suspension. Buffalo was also arrested for several Stark County warrants including Failure to Appear- NSF Check and Failure to Appear Driving Under Suspension.

9:13 a.m.: Caylee Miller, 23, of Mandan, N.D. was arrested on 15th Street W for Resisting Officer, a Class B Misdemeanor. She was also found to have Stark County warrants for Failure to Appear – Driving Under Suspension and Failure to Appear - Disorderly Conduct. Mil
