FLATBUSH — POLICE HAVE RELEASED BODYCAM and surveillance footage of an Aug. 12 shootout in Flatbush that left two men facing federal firearms charges, according to News12 Brooklyn. Video shows 22-year-old Edynesson Bauduy and 35-year-old Aaron Richard exchanging gunfire on Ocean Avenue before officers intervened. Police shot Bauduy as he continued firing; he survived and was later arrested. Both men had been released from prison shortly before the shootout.

On Aug. 14 at the federal courthouse in Brooklyn, a criminal complaint was filed charging Bauduy and Richard with federal firearms violations relating to the gunfight, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District.
