CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — It looks like the trial for the alleged shooter in a Harrison County homicide could be a go late next month.

Though there haven't been any motions filed since March, when the defense lawyers for Kameron Darnell Griffin said they needed more time to look at discovery, Prosecutor Rachel Romano's office was busy sending out a slew of subpoenas in the case Monday. It marked the first activity on the docket since March 27, unless items were filed under seal.

Griffin was indicted on charges of murder, kidnapping, conspiracy to commit kidnapping and two gun charges.
