BENNINGTON – The 2025 Coggins Classic Charity Golf Tournament raised $50,000 to benefit the Cancer Center Community Crusaders.

The mission of the Cancer Center Community Crusaders is to provide financial and emotional support to members of the communities served by Southwestern Vermont Regional Cancer Center and their families, as they strive to obtain the best cancer care and treatment possible.

The fourth annual event was held on Aug. 29 at the Mount Anthony Country Club. In all, 126 golfers participated.

Valerie Harrington, marketing director of Coggins , organized the event. Past beneficiaries of the tournament were Sunrise Family Resource Center, the Child Advocacy Center in Bennington, and Bennington Little League.
