Kits include reusable gloves, a 16-gallon orange garbage bag, and an instruction sheet with safety tips. Volunteers should clean public spaces or familiar routes, ensuring permission before entering private property. Filled bags can be placed next to waste receptacles on regular collection days without needing a $2.50 sticker. Cleanup leaders are encouraged to complete a survey at icgov.org/projec
