CHEMUNG COUNTY, N.Y. (WETM) — A New York man has been arrested as a fugitive from justice for crimes deputies said he committed in Pennsylvania.

Michael J. Parker, 28, of Baldwin NY, was arrested on Monday, Sept. 8, as a fugitive from justice out of Bradford County for the crime of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, as stated in a release from the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office.

Parker was charged on Monday after the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office was told Parker had an arrest warrant out of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the release said. Parker is currently being held at the Chemung County Jail on unrelated charges when this was learned, the release explained.
