Rock band’s frontman dead at 81: Left ‘an indelible mark on rock music history’

Supertramp’s lead singer and co-founder Rick Davies died Saturday at age 81, the band announced Monday.

The cause of death was blood cancer, the band said in a statement posted on its website.
