ELDORADO, Ill. — Illinois State Police arrested a 25-year-old Eldorado man on first-degree murder charges after a victim was found with multiple gunshot wounds.

According to ISP, Eldorado Police Department responded around 5 a.m. Sunday for a report of a person shot near the corner of Benton Street and First Street in Eldorado. Officers found the victim, Michael J. Wiseman, 44, of Eldorado, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
