Tracy Jackson, a woman from Delta, has won this year’s PNE Prize Home in Langley worth $2.5 million.

“The PNE Prize Home is a cherished tradition, and presenting the keys to its new owner remains one of the most meaningful moments of the year for our organization,” said Shelley Frost, president and CEO of the PNE, in a news release.

This year’s prize home was built by Miracon Developments and designed by Brown & Co.

The 3300-square foot home comes fully furnished by Yaletown Interiors, with smart technology supplied by Samsung, a Husqvarna yard care package, and an EV charger in the two-car garage.

The floor plan over three levels includes three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a library, whiskey tasting room and a legal two-bedroom basement suite.
