TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo man says he's taking legal action after being assaulted by two employees at the Frederick Douglass Community Center, leaving him with lasting injuries.
William Robinson, who owns Affordable Motor Repair, said the attack in May cost him his bottom teeth.
"It's like damage done for the rest of my life here," he said.
Robinson said the incident began after he was hired to fix the center's riding lawnmower for $320. He said he replaced parts, including the battery, but about 10 days later, an employee called to complain it wasn't working.
"If you leave the key on a riding lawn mower, the battery will go dead, and that's exactly what it was," Robinson said.
