MILWAUKIE, Ore. — Thieves crashed a Kia Soul through the front of a Milwaukie vape shop early Sunday morning, causing $150,000 in damage in what business officials say is the latest in a string of similar break-ins.
Security video shows the car crashing through the storefront of House of Pipes at 17185 Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard just after 3 a.m. Two suspects filled boxes with vape cartridges before leaving about two minutes later.
"They left the vehicle sitting there running with the door open," said Brock Berg, chief operating officer for House of Pipes. "It's not the first time it's happened to us."
