County Clerk offices in Onondaga, Cayuga, Cortland and Madison counties registered 18 new businesses during the week of September 1 through 5. County offices were closed on Monday for the Labor Day holiday, so no businesses were registered for that day.

Some of the new businesses filed included a computer-aided design company and a food club.

Two businesses filed cross-county in Onondaga County, and one filed cross-county in Cortland County.
