Larken Associates has completed a new 120-unit luxury apartment complex in Pohatcong Township.

The Monte View at Pohatcong property, located at 1001 Monte View Drive, welcomed its first residents in late 2024 after one year of construction. The development’s strategic location just off Interstate 78 and one mile from the Pennsylvania border has contributed to its early success, the company says.
