LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Las Vegas home prices have leveled out over the past year, barely changing month-to-month. In August, a 1% drop brought prices right into the middle of the range they have been in for the past 14 months.
At $480,000, a single-family home is out of the price range of most Las Vegans unless husband and wife are both pulling down good salaries. And that's about where prices have been since June 2024, varying only by about 1% higher or lower, as high as $485,000 and as low as $475,000. The all-time high? At the top of that range, just $5,000 more than now.
