SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) - Happy Tuesday, Utah! We're looking at above average temperatures and our southwesterly flow to increase today bringing some gusty winds to the western side of the state. With a southwest flow, we will see some warmer air so there's potential again for above average temperatures. Daytime highs will push the uppers 80s and low 90s along the Wasatch Front, low 80s in Cache Valley, low to mid 80s throughout central Utah and low 90s in SW Utah. We have some lingering moisture on the eastern side of the state, so this afternoon we'll see a few showers and thunderstorms pop up near the Basin, Grand County and throughout Castle Country.
While blustery winds are expected for the western side of the state today, gusty southwest winds become more widespread for the midweek. O
