BRISTOL, Conn. (WTNH) — A police officer suffered minor injuries on Monday after a police vehicle was struck by a fleeing driver in Bristol, the police department said.

Just before midnight, a fleeing vehicle struck a police vehicle in the area of Mountain View School on Vera Road.

Police are investigating the incident.
