SUMTER, S.C. — Two missing Sumter teens have been found safe, according to Sumter Police.
Sumter Police, who had been trying to locate the two teens last seen Monday, September 8, 2025, had said both of the young men have a history of leaving home without permission and could be together.
Jaylen Oliver-Johnson, 13, has now been found safe, according to police. Police posted the first update update around 1:20 p.m., saying, "Mr. Oliver-Johnson was located a short time ago. He is safe."
Travis Ty'Nehl McFadden, 14, has also now been found safe. At 4:05 p.m., police said "Mr. McFadden returned home and is safe."
