Denver-based RadiusDC has begun construction in North Davidson County on an IT network colocation data center, with a 2026 opening eyed.

According to a release, alternative asset manager Blue Owl Capital Inc. is providing funding.

To be located on approximately 12 acres of land in the Trinity Hills area, the 102,500-square-foot facility, called Nashville I, will deliver 12 megawatts of power. It will be billed as the largest colocation facility located in the general area.

Nashville I is designed to support high-density IT infrastructure deployments and uses a closed-loop cooling system that uses little to no water.
