NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — New Haven police announced that they are out with a stabbing victim who was hospitalized on Tuesday evening.

Police said the incident occurred in the area of Sylvan Avenue and Stevens Street.

Police have not released information on the extent of injuries and the circumstances of the incident.
