SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A Nebraska man has been arrested in Springfield after making terrorist threat calls to the Nebraska State Patrol (NSP).
According to the Greene County Jail, Justin Beall, 42, of Omaha, Nebraska, has been charged with second-degree terrorist threat.
The probable cause statement says the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) was alerted by NSP of a man believed to be in the Springfield area making threats of shooting a school on Monday, September 8.
NSP forwarded voice messages to MSHP, where Beall identified himself and his phone number. Beall stated in the voice messages that "I am walking around with my rifle right now," and "school on High Road, that I'm going to f******* hit tomorrow," and "I am crossing state lines like I told you."
