COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - Residents near Midtown in College Station say a proposed 200-acre land sale on Midtown Drive near Corporate Parkway is moving too fast and without community input.

The proposed buyer, Priority Power, has stepped in with an offer that could bring the city millions of dollars for the initial sale, while also creating construction and permanent jobs, along with new recurring tax income.
