Mary Margaret (Bacon) Hagan of Sandwich, formerly of Falmouth, died on September 4. She was 82.

Known as "Margot," she was an active member of St. Joseph, Guardian of the Holy Family Parish, and volunteered her time as a CCD teacher for many years. In addition, she donated her time as an English as a Second Language teacher. She also enjoyed her time as a volunteer at Royal Nursing home in Falmouth, where she said the Rosary with residents.

Among her many talents were her love for gardening, interior design, making Nantucket baskets and furniture restoration.

She leaves her children, Alicia Bagg and her husband, Richard, of Falmouth, Colleen Carroll and her husband, Michael, of Sandwich, Timothy Hagan, Matthew Hagan and his wife, Jennifer, all of Mashpee, and Maura Gordon and her husban
