FORT PAYNE, Al. (WDEF) — A man from Kentucky was arrested in connection to the bank robbery in Fort Payne Tuesday .

On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, an arrest warrant was issued for 62-year-old Mark Loveless out of Somerset, Kentucky.

According to the Fort Payne Police Department (FPPD) He was later located and arrested by the FBI and the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office in Pulaski County, Kentucky.

He was taken into custody without incident, and is being charged with first degree bank robbery.
