English language learners have a new means of polishing up their skills thanks to a new program at Rimbey Adult Learning.

"We have an instructor who will work with our learners, from very low language skills right up to where ever they are at. We will access them as they come in and see where they are at," said coordinator Tanya Mercredi.

The Learn to Speak English course begins on Oct. 7 and runs through to Dec. 9. Sessions run from 6 to 7:30 p.m. with the English Conversation Cafe to follow.

The cafe, which will allow students a comfortable and informal setting to further practice their skills, will run from 7:45 to 8:30 p.m.
