Allan McKeown says he’d rather see more renewable energy generation than more gas plants in St. Clair Township.
“We’re in a climate crisis, and it doesn’t make any sense to continue to build fossil fuel infrastructure when we’re trying to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions,” the Climate Action Sarnia-Lambton spokesperson said, noting renewable energy such as wind and solar is cheaper and faster to build.
