An elaborate drug production and interstate delivery scheme has allegedly been uncovered as police raid a multi-million dollar drug lab .

A delivery driver for the alleged drug trafficking syndicate was stopped by police on Hume Highway, near Euroa, on September 8, and another was arrested in Sunshine.

More than $12 million worth of cocaine , weighing 38 kilograms, was seized as investigators searched two properties in Melbourne and intercepted the alleged drug couriers.

Methamphetamine worth almost $10 million was also seized.

Major Drug Squad detective inspector Jamie Walker said trafficking was causing "violence, crime and trauma" across Victoria.
