MERIDEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Meriden fire officials say three oil trucks were involved in a fire overnight into Friday.
Crews were originally dispatched around 12:58 a.m. to the 70 block of Gracey Avenue, for report of a tractor-trailer fire.
Upon arrival, they found three oil trucks on fire. The trucks were empty, with only the typical residual sludge in the tanks, officials said.
The fire was extinguished and no injuries were reported, according to fire officials.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
