HOLYOKE ― Less than a half-day after a fiery crash near Holyoke Medical Center, another collision today at Beech and Hampshire prompted fresh warnings from the city Fire Department.

This morning around 7:47 a.m., the Fire Department reported a crash at Beech and Hampshire streets and asked people to stay away from the area, the department said in a social media statement.

About a half-day before, the Fire Department asked people to avoid the area near the hospital on Beech Street because of a car fire.
