STRONGSVILLE, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office has indicted the man accused of attempting to kidnap a Strongsville teen while she was waiting for the bus.

On Thursday, Dominic Anthony Sacco, 27, was indicted on a felony count of abduction and a felony count of attempted abduction.

According to a release from the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, on Sept. 5, a teenage girl was walking to her school bus stop near Fair Road and Village Green Drive at around 6:30 a.m. when Sacco started following her.

Sacco then grabbed the girl’s backpack and right arm and started pulling her.

The young girl broke free by swinging her arm out of his grip and letting her backpack drop to the ground, the release stated. She kicked her shoes off and ran away.
