BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Vigils for Charlie Kirk are being held around the country, including in Baton Rouge.

The College Republicans Group at LSU announced it is hosting a candlelight vigil for Kirk on Friday, Sept. 12.

The vigil begins at 7 p.m. at the Student Union.

Kirk was fatally shot on Wednesday, Sept. 10, while speaking at Utah Valley University.
