Disorderly conduct: Golfview Lane
Officers responded to the Highland Pointe healthcare facility Sept. 7 for a report of a disturbance between two visitors.
The visitors were there to see an 88-year-old resident, whose daughter told officers that she is Power of Attorney for her mother and the visitors were not permitted at the facility.
The Concord woman, 49, and Euclid woman, 52, were subsequently cited for disorderly conduct for causing panic.

An anonymous caller said Sept. 7 that a neighbor continues to have campfires and the smoke comes into their house every night.
Officers toured the area and detected an odor of smoke but could not confirm which home it was coming from.
