Trevor Lawrence has some explaining to do about one moment during the Jags’ loss on Sunday.
The Jacksonville Jaguars experienced some infighting during the team’s Week 2 loss against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Late in the second half, Trevor Lawrence, who was not thrilled with the team’s plans for Travis Hunter, appeared to disrespectfully wave off head coach Liam Coen after throwing an inaccurate pass.
The exchange occurred on a second-down play with less than five minutes to play in the game.
With the Jaguars up by three and looking to extend their lead, Lawrence tried and failed to find wideout Dyami Brown. Lawrence’s pass hit Brown in the hands, but the receiver dropped the ball.
Cameras caught Coen yelling like a madman at Trevor Lawrence to hit his receivers on the body, not up hig
