September 13, 2025 – Vanderbilt defeated South Carolina 31-7 at Williams-Brice Stadium, improving to 3-0 overall and 1-0 in conference play while the Gamecocks fell to 2-1 overall and 0-1 in SEC action.

The Commodores controlled the game with explosive plays and defensive turnovers. After trading first-quarter touchdowns, Vanderbilt pulled away with a second-quarter scoring drive and never looked back.
