Maring Hunt Library to feature Constitution Week lecture on Sept. 17

MUNCIE, IN — The second annual Constitution Week lecture is set for Wednesday, Sept. 17, at Maring-Hunt Library, 2005 S. High St.

This year's keynote speaker is Nichole Etcheson, "a national scholar on the Reconstruction Era," according to a news release. She will be speaking on the Reconstruction Era Amendments: 13th, 14th and 15th. The event will begin at 6 p.m.

Hosts of the event are the Paul Revere Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution; Maring-Hunt Library; and the League of Women Voters of Muncie-Delaware County.
